Venue Partners
The Asunción Times and the Paraguay Digital Nomads & Expats Community run events in Asunción every month — weekly socials, networking nights, and occasional larger gatherings. Between 50 and 150 attendees per event, almost all of them English-speaking expats, digital nomads, international professionals, and internationally-minded Paraguayans.
We are always open to considering new venues that meet our standards.
For the right venue, this is a genuine commercial opportunity — and the benefit extends well beyond the people in the room on the night. Every event we host is promoted in advance across our full ecosystem: our website, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp community, and beyond. Thousands of people learn about the venue through that promotion, including a significant number who do not attend the event itself. The visibility is real, and it costs the venue nothing.
What a venue partnership involves varies depending on the venue, the event type, and what works commercially for both sides. We do not operate on a charity basis — the arrangement needs to work for you as well as for us. What we bring is a reliable, well-organised crowd and significant promotional reach before, during, and after every event.
VIP Membership Partners
The Asunción Times VIP membership programme gives members access to exclusive benefits, discounts, and experiences at a curated selection of partner businesses across Asunción. Our VIP benefits page is one of the most visited pages on the entire Asunción Times website — viewed by tens of thousands of readers, the vast majority of whom are not VIP members themselves.
That distinction matters. The page reaches a far larger audience than the number of people actively redeeming benefits. For partner businesses, the exposure is considerable.
VIP members themselves are among the most committed people in our community. They have chosen to invest in their experience of Paraguay, and they spend accordingly.
Being a VIP partner is not open to every business. We select partners carefully, because our members' trust in the programme depends entirely on the quality of what is offered. Joining the VIP programme requires an existing commercial relationship with The Asunción Times — either an active advertising arrangement or a published sponsored article.
